Ingredient: Chinese chives 100g, dried tofu 100g, 6 dried Shiitakes
Cooking method:
1. Soak dried Shiitakes in warm water, cut in slices, wash Chinese chives and cut into segments, cut dried tofu into small pieces.
2. Heat the pot and add moderate oil, fry Shiitakes for a while.
3. Add tofy pieces and fry with Shiitakes.
4. When Shiitakes and tofo pieces are well-done, add Chinese chives and fry.
5. Finally add moderate salt.
