The cultivation method of snow-white Oyster mushroom

Snow-white Oyster mushrooms are white in color, exquisite in taste, good in tenacity and convenient for transportation. Their market prices are higher than common Oyster mushrooms, but they possess poor stress resistance, which leads to low output and benefit. Through years of experiences, technicians summarized some experience of cultivation method (Incomplete):
1. Field selection: people should choose steel frame greenhouse or heated housing which has never been used for cultivation, has no mould source and has good water permeability. Before spawn-running, people should sterilize cultivation place, place 4 metal buckets with a few flammable wood shaving in greenhouse of 200 square meters, add 2.5kg of Sulphur in each bucket, then burn and conduct airtight fumigation for 1 or 2 days.
2. Cultivate original strain: mother strain should introduce more strains from different units, through fruiting experiment, choose superior one for usage. The compost formula of original strain: cottonseed hull 80%, bran 15%, bean cake 3%, gypsum 1%, lime 1%, each mother strain inoculates 5 bottles of original strain, people should place original strain in 22 degrees, check every week, reject suspicious strain, ensure the purity of strain and choose original strain which has high speed in spawn-running and has robust growth trend.
3. Spawn-running with breathability on mature materia: snow-white Oyster mushroom needs comprehensive nutrition, the nutrition in substrate should be abundant. Formula: cotton hull 62%, wasted cotton 20%, bran 10%, bean cake 3%, lime 2%, gypsum 1%, sugar 1%, urea 0.5%, monopotassium phosphate 0.3% and carbendazim 0.2%.
People can choose low pressure polyethylene barrel material, each barrel takes 0.8k of dry material, tie both sides, sterilize under atmospheric pressure, remain in 100 degrees and keep for 10 hours, simmer for one night and cool to 30 degrees, then inoculate while in hot, each bottle of original strain inoculates 15 to 20 bags, after inoculation, people should put bags in cultivation room for spawn-running, what’s more, 2% of lysol or 1% of bleaching powder should be sprayed to fall dust and sterilize every week.
