Ingredients: Oyster mushroom, ginger slices, garlic slices, chopped green onion, salt, oyster sauce, starch, chicken powder
Cooking method:
1. Wash Oyster mushroom, tear in large slices, boil for a while, ladle out and squeeze excess water.
2. Add moderate oil in the pot and then add chopped green onion, ginger slices, garlic slices, Oyster mushroom, oyster sauce and then braise.
3. Add moderate water, salt, chicken powder and then thicken with mixture of starch and water.
