When the color of mushroom bag changes, from white to yellow brown or even become tuberculate, temperature should be kept in about 20 degrees, water moisture should be increased, relative air humidity should be kept in 80% to 85%, ventilation should be increased and scattered light should be given to promote color-changing, stimulate the formation of mushroom buds and create initial condition for fruiting.
3. The management in fruiting period: in fruiting period of Shiitake, temperature should be kept in between 10 to 15 degrees, relative air humidity should be kept in 85% to 90%, sufficient scattered light should be given and moderate ventilation condition should be created.
