Ingredients: soaked Black fungus 100g, celery 100g, red pepper 30g, garlic, oil, salt, aginomoto, sugar, starch
Cooking method:
1. Wash Black fungus and tear into pieces.
2. Wash celery and cut into segments, wash red pepper and cut into dices.
3. Give a quick-boil to Black fungus pieces and celery segments, then ladle out.
4. Heat the pot and add moderate oil, add garlic, red pepper dices and fry, then add Black fungus pieces, celery segments and fry with all ingredients.
5. Add moderate salt, aginomoto, sugar and fry in moderate heat, finally thicken with mixture of cornstarch and water.
