Stewed chicken with mushrooms and carrots

Ingredients: A half chicken, dried mushrooms 25g, 1 carrot, 1 green pepper, ginger 5g, 2 cloves of garlic.
Condiments: 1 soup spoon of light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of cooking wine, moderate salt.
Cooking methods: 
1. Cut chicken into sections.
2. Soak and wash mushrooms, cut carrot, green pepper into sections, cut ginger into slices.
3. Add hot oil to pot and add ginger and garlic.
4. Add chicken sections, stir in strong fire, then add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce.
