Ingredients: pork ribs, pickled cabbage, King oyster mushroom, onion, oyster sauce, salt, anise
Cooking method:
1. Wash King oyster mushroom and cut in slices.
2. Put pork ribs into the boiling water, boil for a while and then ladle out.
3. Heat the pot and add moderate oil, anise and fry, then add pork ribs, soy sauce and fry.
4. Add moderate water, 2 spoons of salt and braise after boiling.
5. Finally add King oyster mushroom slices, pickled cabbage and stew for another 10 minutes.
