Ingredients: courgette, red pepper, shiitake, garlic slices, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt
Cooking method:
1. Wash Courgette, red pepper and cut in pieces.
2. Wash Shiitake and remove bases, give a quick boil, then ladle out and cut in slices.
3. Heat the pot and add moderate oil, add garlic slices and fry, then add courgette slices and fry.
4. Add Shiitake slices, red pepper pieces and fry.
5. Add moderate oyster sauce, sesame oil, moderate salt and fry well.
