4. Inoculation: people can put it into inoculation box or bioclean room when the temperature of material cools down to 23 degrees, each bottle strain of 750 gram can inoculate 50 to 60 bags. Then put them into bioclean room to cultivate, temperature should be controlled in 23 to 25 degrees, indoor relative humidity should be controlled in about 70% and ventilate for 1 or 2 times everyday. After 25 to 35 days, mushroom bags will be fully grown.
5. Bed arranging and fruiting: The management of sporocarp during the growth period is the key to guarantee high yield and good quality. People should place mushroom bags according to layer. Each shelf arranges 5 or 6 layers and distance of each layer remains 25 cm, then cover newspaper and keep relative air humidity in 80%, keep the temperature in 15 to 18 degrees. After 15 days, unfold newspapers and spray for 1 or 2 times everyday, keep relative air humidity in 85% to 90%. People should also pay attention to the discharge of carbon dioxide in winter and build sun shade on top of greenhouse to prevent direct sun.
