Cooking method:
1. Wash Oyster mushroom and remove stems.
2. Boil Oyster mushroom in boiling water and remove the redundant moisture.
3. Prepare a bowl, add 125g of sugar, 50g of vinegar and mix well.
4. Put Oyster mushroom in the plate, pour the mixture, steam for 10 minutes.
