Cooking method:
1. Wash turnip leather and pickle with salt for 5 minutes.
2. Soak Shiitake and cut in slices, cut celery in segments.
3. Heat the pot and add moderate oil, Shiitake slices, turnip leather slices and fry, then add celery, moderate salt and fry.
