Ingredients: carrot 150g, Oyster mushroom 50g, soybean 30g, broccoli, oil, salt, aginomoto, sugar
Cooking method:
1. Peel carrot and cut into dices, wash Oyster mushroom and tear into pieces.
2. Soak soybean, boil for a while and then ladle out, wash broccoli and break into chunks.
3. Heat the pot and add moderate oil, then add carrot, Oyster mushroom and fry.
4. Add moderate water and boil in medium heat.
5. When carrot dices are well boiled, add soybean, broccoli chunks and boil.
6. Finally add moderate salt, aginomoto and sugar.
