Three prevention measures of sundry fungus on Shiitake

1. Trichoderma: people should give up strains which are jeopardized by Trichoderma. Now, there are no ideal preventive drug to Trichoderma. Once Trichoderma is found, people should immediately ventilate and reduce humidity to control the extension of Trichoderma. If compost is affected by Trichoderma in spawn-running period, people can inject solution to inhibit the extension of Trichoderma. Common solutions are 5% of Carbolic Acid Solution, 2% of Formaldehyde Solution and Lime Water with PH Value of 10. Spraying quick lime can produce good prevention effect.  
2. Neurospors Crassa: it presents villiform, white or grey in early growth stage. The growth of Neurospors Crassa is slow and can reduce the pollution when the temperature is controlled under 20 degrees in spawn-running period. At the same time, controlling the humidity of spawn-running place can effectively prevent the occurrence of Neurospors Crassa. When mushroom bags are influenced by Neurospors Crassa in late period of spawn-running, people can bury them in 30 to 40 cm of soil with poor permeability. After 10 to 20 days of anaerobic treatment, it will effectively reduce the harm of Neurospors Crassa. The prevention measure is as same as Trichoderma.
3. Mucor: it is also called Black Mucor. It presents white or black in late growth stage and has higher incidence in the condition of high temperature, high humidity and poor ventilation. The prevention measure is as same as Trichoderma.
