Ingredients: lemon juice, brown sugar, light soy sauce, pepper powder, salt, Button mushroom, olive oil, sesame oil
Cooking method:
1. Wash Button mushroom and cut in 4 sections.
2. Boil Button mushroom for a while and then ladle out.
3. Prepare a bowl, add 3 or 4 spoons of lemon juice, 1 spoon of brown sugar, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of pepper powder, moderate salt and mix well, then boil the mixture till brown sugar become molten.
4. Pour the mixture on Button mushroom sections and add additional 1 spoon of olive oil, 1 spoon of sesame oil and mix well.
