Ingredients: a chicken, 2 Monkey head mushrooms, 1 piece of pork, moderate corn
Condiments: salt, ginger slices, yellow rice wine
Cooking method:
1. Soak Monkey head mushroom, cut roots and tear into slices.
2. Cut chicken into segments.
3. Put chicken, Monkey head mushroom, ginger slices, moderate water and yellow rice wine into the pressure cooker and boil.
4. Add pork, corn and boil till well cooked, finally add salt.
