Braised pumpkin with Shiitake

Ingredients: pea, diced chicken, red pepper, salt, Shiitake, cooking wine, light soy sauce, starch, pepper powder, garlic
Cooking method:
1. Wash pea, boil in water for a while, then ladle out and cool in cold water.
