Ingredients: Brown shimeji 250g, diced pork 150g, 2 color pepper, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, water starch, olive oil, chive, sugar
Cooking method:
1. Cut roots of mushrooms, wash and tear into pieces, cut chive into short stalks, cut color pepper into dices.
2. Heat the pot, add oil, chive stalks and then fry.
3. Add diced pork and fry.
4. Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and fry.
5. Finally add color pepper and the mixture of water and starch.
