Cooking method:
1. Wash Shiitake, tomato and cut into dices.
2. Wash broccoli and break into segments, mince garlic and soak Black fungus in warm water.
3. Heat the pot with oil, and add minced garlic, tomato and Shiitake.
4. Add broccoli segments, Black fungus and salt.
