Ingredients: Oyster mushroom, egg, salt, flour
Cooking method:
1. Wash Oyster mushroom and cut in slices.
2. Fry Oyster mushroom slices, add moderate salt and then ladle out.
3. Break eggs, stir well, mix it with water, flour and bake into egg pancakes.
4. Roll up egg pancakes with Oyster mushroom slices, then dish up.
