Ingredients: 3 Shiitakes, 4 spoons of olive oil, 3 spoons of chopped onion, mashed garlic, 4 spoons of spiced vinegar
Cooking method:
1. Wash Shiitakes and put into plate.
2. Mix oil, chopped onion, mashed garlic and vinegar in a bowl, sprinkle the sauce on Shiitakes evenly and place about 1 hour.
3. Preheat the oven in medium high heat, roast Shiitakes for about 10 minutes and turn over frequently.
