Ingredients: Oyster mushroom 80g, lean meat 50g, ginger, salt
Cooking method:
1. Cut lean meat in slices, wash Oyster mushroom and tear into pieces.
2. Add moderate oil into the pot, add ginger and then stir.
3. Add moderate water and bring into a boil, after boiling, add lean meat and boil for 3 to 5 minutes, finally add condiment.
