Method One: wash Monkeyhead mushroom, put into food steamer and steam for several hours, it is well steamed that they have no knots when pinching.
Method Two: wash Monkeyhead mushroom, put into pot with water and boil for several hours in soft fire, it is well steamed when they become a little bit transparent.
Method Three: wash Monkeyhead mushroom, put into boiling water and boil for 2 to 3 hours in soft fire, then add soup-stock and boil till become transparent.
