Ingredients: Shiitake, pig trotter.
Condiments: salt, dark soy sauce, Sichuan pepper, chili, ginger, onion, garlic, sesame oil, five spice powder, anise, pepper powder, soybean
Cooking method:
1. Soak and wash Shiitake.
2. Wash pig trotter, put in the boiling water and stew.
3. Add ginger, onion, anise, soybean and Shiitake.
4. When pig trotter is well cooked, add salt, dark soy sauce, Sichuan pepper, chili and braise for another 5 minutes.
