Ingredients: Dried Bamboo fungus, corn, ribs, ginger slices, cooking wine, white vinegar and salt
Cooking method:
1. Soak dried Bamboo fungus.
2. Transect corn and cut into segments.
3. Wash ribs, boil in boiling water for a while and skim off the foam.
4. Add enough water into the pot and then add ribs, ginger slices, corn and bamboo fungus.
5. Add moderate cooking wine and 2 or 3 drops of white vinegar, the purpose is to make calcium of ribs melt into the soup.
6. After boiling, turn into slow fire and stew for another 2 hours.
