Ingredients: Chinese cabbage 500g, 10 dried Mushroom, soup-stock for half-cup, water starch, oil, salt and aginomoto
Cooking method:
1. Wash Chinese cabbage, soak Mushroom and cut in half.
2. Add some oil and Mushroom into the pot.
3. Add Chinese cabbage, salt, aginomoto, soup-stock and braise for 2 minutes, finally thicken with mixture of cornstarch and water.
