Ingredients: chicken leg, dried Shiitake, pepper powder, chopped green onion
Cooking method:
1. Add chicken leg in boiling water for a while and then ladle out.
2. Soak dried Shiitake and then wash.
3. Put chicken leg and Shiitake into pressure cooker, add much water and then simmer.
4. When they are well simmered, add moderate salt, pepper powder and chopped green onion.
