1. Low temperature storage method:
① Normal temperature preservation: after harvesting and settling Enoki mushroom, put into baskets, cover with layers of wet gauze or plastic film and put in cold and cool places, this method can retain freshness for 1 to 2 days.
② Low temperature storage after pre-packaging: after harvesting and settling Enoki mushroom, use low density polythene film bags to subpackage, vacuumize and seal, put into special baskets uprightly and keep in 1 to 3 degrees, this method can retain freshness for 13 days.
1. Chemical preservation method: adopt harmless and nontoxic chemical substances to spray on the surface of Enoki mushroom or soak. sodium pyrosulfite, sodium chloride, diluted hydrochloric acid, high concentrations of carbon dioxide, preservative and ascorbic acid can be used to retain freshness.
