Ingredients: fresh Enoki mushroom, sugar, salt, onion segments, Sichuan pepper, aginomoto, citric acid
Making process:
1. Fry Enoki mushroom.
2. Mix all condiments(according to your taste), add water and condiments into the aluminium pot, and then add Enoki mushroom, boil for 5 to 10 minutes and then ladle out.
3. Spread Enoki mushroom in the bake sieve and put into oven , bake in 70 to 80 degrees Celsius temperature or dry in the sun. During this period, turn over for 2 times to accelerate drying speed and prevent adhesion.
