Ingredients: 10 chicken wings, King oyster mushroom 150g, rock candy 30g, salt 4g, onion 10g, soy sauce 15ml, vinegar 10ml, oil 15ml
Cooking method:
1. Wash chicken wings, cut onion into segments, cut ginger into slices.
2. Add moderate oil into the pot, add rock candy, chicken wings.
3. Add soy sauce, onion segments, ginger slices and fry.
4. Add King oyster mushroom and moderate water, turn into soft fire and stew.
5. Finally add vinegar and salt.
