Ingredients: chicken claw, rice, Mushroom, lean meat, shredded ginger, caraway segments
Cooking method:
1. Wash rice, add into the pot and add moderate water.
2. Cut Mushroom into dices, cut lean meat into slices, cut chicken claw in three segments.
3. Add Mushroom dices, lean meat slices and chicken claw segments into the pot, add moderate shredded ginger and bring them into a boil.
4. After 3 hours, add salt and caraway segments.
