Ingredients: Button mushroom, vegetable, egg, salt, cooking wine
Cooking method:
1. Wash vegetable and Button mushroom and tear into pieces. Put into boiling water for a little while and ladle out, break eggs into bowl, add cooking wine, salt and then stir.
2. Add 2 soup spoons of oil into the pot, add vegetable and stir.
3. Add Button mushroom, water, salt and bring them into a boil.
4. Infunde egg and and bring into a boil again.
