Ingredients: Enoki mushrooms, dried chili, onion, salt, chicken powder, oil, vinegar, Sichuan pepper, skin of beancurd
Cooking method:
1. Wash skin of beancurd and cut in shreds.
2. Cut onion in segments.
3. Wash Enoki mushrooms and tear in bowl.
4. Wash dried chili and cut in shreds.
5. Add oil into pot, stir, add Enoki mushrooms, skin of beancurd and salt.
6. Add shredded chili, a spoon of Sichuan pepper, a spoon of vinegar, chicken powder and stir for five minutes, finally turn off the heat.
