Main ingredients: Yellow Morel, black-bone chicken
Auxiliary material: medlar, red dates, bamboo slices, soup-stock
Condiments: salt, onion segments, ginger slices, cooking wine and chicken powder.
Cooking method:
1. Soak Yellow Morel and wash.
2. Gut, wash back-bone chicken and boil it in boiling water for a while and ladle out.
3. Heat the pot, add soup-stock and black-bone chicken and bring into boil, and then skim off foam.
4. Add cooking wine, salt, chicken powder, onion segments, ginger slices, Yellow Morel, medlar, red dates and simmer in moderate heat until it is well stewed.
